2/12 - Shadowing, 10 volunteers needed (underclassmen conscripted, seniors volunteered)
Freshmen Orientation Changes (Admins have taken over responsibility without prior consultation of ASB)
STAR testing and AP testing discussion
-Pros: Helps school image, funding, helps school evaluate student performance, prevents school takeover by the state, legally justifiable req for AP testing.
- Cons "forces" people to take the test to enroll in AP courses.
Sadies - date change (awaiting admin approval)
-Pros: more time to decorate, no sports, after SAT
-Cons: already advertised, national Sadie Hawken's Day
Decor: HOw elaborate? who can help on Fri vs. Sat?
DJ??? - need to hire ASAP
Ticket prices/sales - decide today!
Mtg on Monday - write-up and agenda and advertise
Proposed reduction in meetings or only require attendance at some meetings?
Activities Calendar - Gunn Meeting
Other - web store (increase in items sold including AP tests, possibly parking permits, awaiting credit card processing service's response to open accounts for adults/parents/alumni access)
