Dr. McEvoy

Dr. McEvoy came in today to discuss future Paly renovation plans. There is a list of renovations that will go to the PAUSD School Board in June. They include renovating such as expanding Haymarket theater and possibly adding another theater (one of multiple options), rebuilding the 900 building and adding a 2-story building with classes, renovating the inside of the gyms, adding more bathrooms for more kids, upgrading the air conditioning system for the entire school, removing of the math/english portables and adding a building more classrooms in that location, renovating the inside of the tower building, etc. We are also officially getting turf for the football field by next year, thanks to an anonymous donor. This is the plan that will go to the board, there is another list of more renovation ideas that are out of our budget and not as important as the first list because we are getting 500 more students in the next 5 years so making more room is first priority.
